D.VA OverWatch "StarWatch" Fan Concept

This skin line of D.va, Widow, and Ana is something I designed for a group fan concept for Overwatch. StarWatch is both a reference to Overwatch's existing event, the series StarTrek and its spacecrew system, as well as the setting and theme the project follows. For the project, I had to decide my take on the space theme as examples in pop culture as well as in design and fashion have a wide range. I mainly researched retro-futurism (ranging from the Western 60's variety to the Japanese Space Girl we see in older animes, to Austin Powers).

For D.va, I looked into Eastern Asian examples of "retro space girls" in cartoons and looked at '60s cars as well as retro-future spacecraft for her mech.
